A Story of Employee Blogging at Sun Microsystems

Before I joined EatonGolden, I worked at Sun Microsystems as the Chief Information Architect of Sun.com. I was part of the community of blogging employees as well as an internal evangelist for the activity and saw great benefit from that personally, professionally and for the company.

Another Sun blogger, Terry McKenzie, Employee Comms Director, was recently interviewed about the benefits the company reaps from employee blogging.
